Hey, Reader!

Fall is all about gatherings. Whether it's getting together to cheer on your favorite team or sitting around the Thanksgiving table, there are plenty of chances to enjoy those you care about.

For any big groups, you're going to want a go-to big batch recipe. Trust me, the last thing you want to be doing is spending the entire event mixing drinks! Instead, make what you can ahead of time in a quantity meant for a crowd that leaves you more time to mingle.

Here are some of the best big batch recipes for fall fun:

pear punch

This pear punch brings cozy fall energy in the best way: it's fruity, a little spiced and just strong enough to keep things fun. Pear nectar gives it a soft sweetness while bourbon and spiced rum add warmth and depth. This recipe is an easy batch cocktail that feels special without trying too hard.

thanksgiving punch

A Thanksgiving punch is a must make for the season. This large batch cocktail makes it so easy to host, as your guests can serve themselves! With bourbon and brandy, this pumpkin punch is full of fall flavors. Add in cinnamon syrup, apple cider and ginger beer for a refreshing sip!

classic red sangria

Hosting a party? This delicious and easy red sangria recipe is the perfect crowd-pleaser. The classic Spanish-inspired recipe is made with fresh fruit and a touch of sweetness, so it’s sure to be a hit.

non-alcoholic thanksgiving punch

A delicious combination of apple, cranberry, fresh citrus, pear syrup and ginger ale, this sparkling non-alcoholic Thanksgiving punch is a great way to ensure all of your Thanksgiving guests can enjoy an elegant drink.

I hope one of these recipes helps make hosting easier! Don't forget that when you're mixing ahead, hold off on any bubbly ingredients (champagne, club soda, ginger beer, etc.) until the party starts. That way your drink will stay bubbly for a few hours.

Cheers!

Susannah
