Hey, Reader!

As much as I love the holidays, I'm always so ready for spring. Warmer weather brings brunch season with it, and I like to host at least a few for friends and family.

There's an easy way to step up your brunch cocktail game: a drink bar. You provide the fixings and let your guests go to town. The best part is that everyone ends up with a drink they'll enjoy, AND you don't get stuck playing bartender. Here are some of the best bars for brunch:

Bloody Mary Bar: Start with a homemade Bloody Mary mix, then add the fixings for the ultimate savory sipper.

Mimosa Bar: Champagne + juice = a good time, it's just a fact. No matter what juice you choose, my favorite tip is to add a little bit of orange liqueur to any mimosa to give it a more complex flavor.

Coffee Bar: If your guests prefer to skip the booze, or need a little boost to start their day, a coffee bar complete with flavored syrups, creamers and the works is the perfect option.

You know what else these setups would be perfect for? Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, you name it! I hope one of these gets to take center-stage at your next brunch.

Enjoy!
Susannah
