Hey there, Reader!

Ok, it's cold out there. If you're craving a warm, indulgent drink to wrap your hands around this winter, this deliciously cozy treat is full of flavor and totally booze-free.

this weekend’s sip: irish coffee mocktail

Irish coffee is a delightful winter cocktail of sweet coffee with Irish whiskey and a layer of fluffy whipped cream on top.

My non-alcoholic version starts with fresh hot coffee, a homemade Irish cream syrup that’s irresistibly rich and a splash of zero-proof whiskey for that classic kick.

Topped with whipped cream flavored with the same flavorful syrup, it’s everything you love about the original — without the alcohol.

It’s perfect for elevating a weekend brunch or serving as a cozy, booze-free treat after dinner.

a few easy swaps

Prefer decaf? Swap the coffee you're using.
Need an extra kick? An extra shot of espresso will do the trick.
Find the right amount of sweetness by playing with how much syrup you use.

Stay warm this weekend!

Cheers,
Susannah
