Hi Reader!

Let’s kick off the week with something simple. We all know we should stay hydrated… but who said it had to be boring?

If you’re picturing plain water with a sad lemon wedge, think again.

why flavored water works

Water is a refreshing, hydrating base that’s easy to build on, which makes it perfect for non-alcoholic drinks. With a few fruits, herbs or bubbles, it turns into something you actually want to sip.

Here are a few of my favorite ways to make hydration more exciting:

winter citrus spa water

Elevate your hydration game with a batch of spa water infused with fruits and herbs. This winter citrus version is perfect for citrus season, but you can mix and match whatever you have on hand.

agua fresca

italian soda

If you love bubbles, this one’s for you. Italian sodas combine flavored syrup with sparkling water for a fizzy, fun drink you can customize endlessly. Add a splash of cream if you’re feeling fancy (that’s called a French soda).

Hopefully one of these helps quench your thirst and makes drinking more water a little more fun.

Cheers,
Susannah

P.S. If you try one of these this week, let me know which one becomes your go-to. 💧🍹
