Hey, Reader!
With warmer weather (hopefully) here to stay, cool coffee is on the menu. Sure, there are those who prefer their morning cuppa hot no matter the weather, but I'm not one of them.
Cold brew concentrate is a staple in my fridge, but when you want something a little more these recipes are sure to satisfy:
chocolate chip frappuccino
Rich, creamy and chocolatey, of course, this frozen delight feels more like dessert than a coffee drink! The espresso balances out the sweetness with a kick of caffeine.
iced coffee with baileys
This recipe gives you a spiked coffee with a hint of Irish cream liqueur. It’s a great afternoon pick-me-up for the weekends. It could even be an after-dinner drink, in lieu of an Irish coffee.
iced caramel macchiato
Simple ingredients come together to make this coffee shop favorite right at home. The milk and syrup are added first and then the espresso is added on top, making the drink a little bit sweeter at the bottom and less sweet as you sip, unless you stir it up with your straw or a spoon to equalize the sweetness.
irish cream cold brew
This captures all the flavors of the classic cocktail in a booze-less sipper fit for everyday enjoyment. It stars lightly sweetened, cold-brewed coffee over ice that’s topped with a thick layer of cream that has notes of coffee, vanilla and chocolate.
brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso
If you’ve got a sweet tooth and love coffee, then this incredible brown sugar espresso drink will be your new bestie! Dark brown sugar, blonde espresso and creamy oat milk come together to make the iced coffee drink of your dreams.
Whether it's a special occasion or just a morning where you want to skip the coffee shop, I hope you find one of these recipes hits the spot.
Enjoy!
