cocktails for every occasion πŸŽ„

Hey, Reader!

With December flying by, you may be starting to think past all the cookie bakes, happy hours and family dinners to Christmas itself.

No need to stress! Consider this your Christmas cocktail cheat sheet, to take the guesswork out of deciding which drinks to serve for every occasion. Let's go!

while you're rockin' around the tree...

Whether it's a formal affair or a casual gathering, jingle juice is sure to get the party started! This festive pink punch is made with sweet pink moscato wine, white cranberry juice and vanilla vodka, it has hints of citrus and maple and is garnished with cranberries and rosemary.

for christmas eve dinner...

If you're looking for another option, you can't go wrong with a yule mule (or its virgin version to satisfy all ages). I think there's a reason it's my #1 recipe every December β€” it's such a crowd-pleaser! Combine cranberry or pomegranate juice with ginger beer, lime and vodka for an instant holiday classic.

while you're waiting for santa...

Once the dishes are done, the presents are wrapped and you're waiting to catch a glimpse of the man in red himself, an espresso martini gives you a perfect treat to sip on (plus a bit of a boost for any last-minute toy assembly).

on christmas morning...

Fuel up for plenty of present-opening with a chestnut praline latte. It's the perfect alternative to eating cookies for breakfast β€” although if you want to have both, go right ahead! After all, it is Christmas. If it's a white Christmas where you live, a hot toddy with tea is just the way to warm up. Need something a little... stronger? Try a Christmas mimosa for a little extra holiday spirit!

enjoy anytime...

White hot chocolate will help you warm up after a brisk walk outside or a turn on the sledding hill. Mulled cider is another cozy option that's delicious and makes your house smell amazing!

The 21+ crowd can warm up with spiked hot chocolate that feels like a hug in a mug!

to stay hydrated...

Christmas spa water is beautiful AND tasty. It's the perfect thing to keep you and your guests hydrated for each and every celebration. It's basically water infused with holiday flavors and it looks so festive on the table.

I'd love to know what cocktails are keeping your spirits bright this season. I always invite you to reply to my emails, rate/comment on my recipes and say hi on Instagram. :)

Cheers!

Susannah
