Hey, Reader!
It's fall ya'll.
Ok that may be a bit of a stretch, considering it's still hot out there and we're almost a month away from the first calendar day of fall. BUT, the Starbucks fall menu releases on Tuesday, so I'll repeat: it's fall ya'll!
The fall menu brings back several favorites, along with some new sips that have my curiosity piqued. Here are the copycat recipes that will let you skip the line and sip right at home:
pumpkin spice latte
The pumpkin spice latte is an icon that gets its own acronym. It's the star of the season and when you make it at home, you can choose just how much sweetness or spice to add.
chaider
New to the menu this year is chaider, an apple cider inspired chai. To make this at home, you can use homemade apple cider as a base and add chai syrup to taste for a spicy addition.
pumpkin cream cold brew
With homemade cold brew coffee and a layer of thick cream flavored with real pumpkin and spices, this is one of my favorite fall drinks. It's the perfect way to ease into fall on those still hot days!
apple crisp macchiato
I was surprised to see this one missing from Starbucks' 2026 menu because it is so yummy! If you miss it, it's easy to recreate as either a hot or iced drink.
pumpkin cream shaken espresso
I transformed another Starbucks recipe, the brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, into this pumpkin delight by switching the brown sugar syrup for pumpkin spice syrup.
One flavor that's popped up in multiple coffee shops is banana bread. While I haven't attempted a banana bread latte just yet, you could swap banana syrup into a latte to create your own at home. It'll give you a cozy sweetness that sounds oh so tasty!
Enjoy!
