Irish cream is a tantalizing, creamy blend of Irish whiskey mixed with cream. With layers of flavor with notes of coffee, chocolate and vanilla, it's the unsung ingredient for St. Patrick's Day celebrations.

Give the green drinks a rest and mix up one of these for your celebrations instead:

baileys coffee milkshake

A Baileys coffee milkshake is my version of a dessert, after-dinner drink, and after-dinner coffee all in one glorious, cold and creamy milkshake. This is the only way to finish off that St. Patrick’s Day feast.

Warm up your St. Patrick’s Day with this cozy Irish cream cocktail with Kahlua. Steamed milk gets combined with your favorite Irish cream liqueur, Grand Marnier, Buttershots, and (of course) Kahlua for a sweet, creamy, and boozy steamer drink that you’re sure to love.

This Baileys white Russian is the ultimate boozy, coffee-flavored indulgence for St. Patrick's Day. This Irish spin on a classic is creamy, rich and just festive enough to feel like a celebration in a glass. Sláinte!

This classic Irish coffee is tasty, but if you are not in the mood for the booze, just leave the whiskey out! The sweetness from the brown sugar, topped with the delicious cream makes for a decadant sip! You have have it for breakfast!
