Sure, there are complicated cocktails that look and taste amazing. But would you want to put in the effort for one of those every time you want a drink? I sure don't!

These recipes use three ingredients (or less) to create foolproof drinks that are also enjoyable. Whether you're just beginning your bartending journey or just want to keep things simple, these are the recipes for you.

bee's knees

Three simple ingredients make a bee’s knees cocktail easy to make and perfectly refreshing. Honey syrup, fresh lemon and crisp gin shake up for a delightful sweet-yet-tart classic cocktail that you will love.

hot toddy

The hot toddy proves you don’t need much to make something comforting and classic. With just bourbon, honey and fresh lemon, it delivers cozy warmth balanced by gentle sweetness and a bright pop of citrus. It's simple, soothing and perfect for slow evenings or an easy nightcap.

watermelon gimlet

This easy three-ingredient cocktail is a must-make when you have fresh watermelon! Just a little prep to make watermelon simple syrup, add in lime juice and gin and you have a lovely and refreshing watermelon cocktail!

lavender simple syrup

This lavender syrup is the secret to an easy, three-ingredient mocktail you can throw together in minutes. Stir it with fresh lemon juice and top with sparkling water for a bright, floral lavender lemon fizz. Minimal ingredients can still deliver big flavor.
