Hey, Reader!
I came by my love for farmers markets honestly. Growing up, my dad and I used to go to our local market on Saturday mornings in the summer, and I loved it!
Not only was it time with my dad, but there's something special about wandering the stalls to find the perfect fruit or taste test some snacks. RIP to the delightful spinach scones that marked every weekend (and to the bakery stall that no longer exists).
These drinks draw inspiration from the flavors found at your favorite market. With fresh produce as the star, these sips are perfect for whatever your week holds. Pick your produce and get mixing:
βWatermelon β the tequila favorite takes on summer flavors for an easy, refreshing drink.
βPeach β soft, sweet peaches work well with bold whiskey in this simple-to-make sipper.
βCucumber β skip the salad and craft a bubbly cocktail instead.
βRosemary β even though there's no booze, there's not a lack of flavor thanks to bold herbs and sweet fruit.
These recipes have me planning my next trip to the farmer's market. Hopefully you find that you're inspired too!
Cheers!
βSusannah
