Hey, Reader!

Happy Valentine's Day! I'm taking time today to reflect on all the love in my life, and that includes YOU! That's right, I love that you're here! It means so much to share my love of drinks with you! ❤️

While I can't share a physical drink with each of you — as much as I'd love that — I can share some of my favorite rose-hued drinks fit for Valentine's date night, Galentine's parties and every celebration in-between.

The clover club is elegant and classic, perfect for a sophisticated celebration! Its velvety texture and soft raspberry flavor are sure to be love at first sip.

Ginger beer and lime meet sweet-tart raspberry for a match made in cocktail heaven. This dreamy pink drink is a great one for Valentine's Day (or any day) because it only takes a few ingredients to whip up!

cosmopolitan

Is there a better drink for Girls' Night than the classic Cosmopolitan? This classy sipper is pretty in pink thanks to a splash of cranberry juice, giving it a tart berry flavor. Yum!

rose champagne cocktail

While roses + champagne are typically Valentine's Day gifts, combine them for a delicious drink option, too! This floral stunner is a Galentine's Day favorite, taking centerstage just as a beautiful bouquet would!

strawberry martini

The sweet strawberry martini is simple to make but so delicious to enjoy! It's fresh and light, leaving plenty of room for dessert. Add some strawberry sugar on the rim for an extra-special touch.

Prefer chocolate to celebrate? Try mixing up a chocolate old-fashioned or a chocolate cake shot for a little extra sweetness — you can't go wrong with chocolate covered strawberries, either!
