Hey, Reader!

Hot weather calls for cool coffee — and tea. Fortunately, there are plenty of options when it comes to getting your morning caffeine (or an afternoon boost).

If you need some inspiration, here are some of my favorites:

coffee soda

Cold-brew coffee, homemade vanilla simple syrup and sparkling water are a surprising, yet refreshing combination that is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.

s'mores frappuccino

This copycat of the Starbucks favorite combines the classic flavor of s'mores into a frozen drink that's almost a dessert. It's easier than you think to make these in your blender.

iced irish coffee

Iced coffee, Irish whiskey and cream come together in a perfectly refreshing, boozy treat for a hot day! Top it with a silky dollop of whipped cream and it's absolutely irresistible.

cold brew ice tea

A few tea bags, some water and time makes the smoothest, richest iced tea. Once it's done you can sweeten and flavor it using simple syrup, fruits, herbs and spices.

boba

These sweet black tapioca pearls are the stars of bubble tea recipes, and they’re even sweeter when you take the time to make them yourself. They're the perfect addition to your favorite iced tea drinks — dream up your own creations.

Hit 'reply' and let me know which of these becomes your new go-to.

Enjoy!
